The Clearwater Industries Model 300 Flocculant Metering and Injection System is designed to make down either dry or emulsion polymers that will rapidly settle suspended solids out of wastewater. These systems are built to be fully automatic, and very reliable. The Model 300 will deliver up to 27 pounds per hour of dry polymer, with a 40 minute mixing and aging time. These systems are used to:

  • Flock solids out quickly in the first settling pond
  • Flock solids out in Clarifiers and Thickeners
  • Thicken solids in Belt Presses

Features:

  • Can be "up and running" 1 hour after unloading
  • Solution without the formation of "fish-eyes"
  • Stainless Steel 110 lb. Hopper (200 lb. Hopper optional)
  • Variable speed screw feeder with solid shaft auger
  • Low water pressure protection
  • Fully automatic, continuous batching operation
  • One progressive cavity polymer disbursement pump. Variable speed pump drive with 4-20 mA input. Maximum pump delivery is 15 gpm
  • Tank is constructed of rugged 1/2" Polypropylene triple welded inside and out
  • 3" square steel framework painted with Aliphatic Urethane Epoxy paint, which yields a high chemically resistant finish that fades little under UV rays
  • One tank design with internal baffle and weir is a simple design that assures proper mixing and aging of polymer
  • Hand/Off/Auto switches provide manual or automatic sequencing

Utilities:

  • One point electrical hook-up, 460/230 volt 3-phase, or 240/120 volt single phase. Customer to specify
  • One point clean water hook-up, 1-1/4" line at 25 to 80 psi

Dimensions:

  • Framework is 5'(W) x 7-1/2'(L) x 7'(H)
  • Approximate shipping weight 1,000 lbs.
