Equipment - Clearwater Stationary Fines Recovery Plant (SFR)

The Clearwater Industries SFR is designed for aggregate producers who wish to further recover fines that would otherwise go to settling ponds. This unit utilizes cyclone separators and a dewatering screen to recover larger suspended solids, such as sand, that once reclaimed can be sold. The Clearwater Industries SFR is a totally self contained unit which includes a dewatering screen, a selection of cyclones, a centrifugal pump, and control panel. This unit is ideal for:

Aggregate producers who wish to recover sand that is otherwise going to their ponds
Operations who wish to further dewater material when using a clarifier
