Site Analysis:
Clearwater Industries will visit your site and survey your plant to understand your problems and suggest remedies to reduce your suspended solids costs. This may include suggesting alternative plant layouts to reduce real estate requirements, reduce water loss, and comply with wastewater discharge permits.

Dirty Water Analysis:
Clearwater Industries will analyze your dirty wash water and do a particle size distribution test to determine what solution is the most cost effective answer for your plant. These tests will tell you how many tons of fine sand you can recover as a dry stackable material, and how many tons of fine silt and clay will be treated with flocculant. Many producers are able to immediately sell material that formerly went to the pond.

Chemical Selection:
Clearwater Industries represents five of the six manufacturers of flocculants for water clarification. Each site has specific geology and water, which means that a flocculant that works at a plant 2 miles away may not work at your plant. We test your dirty water against all chemicals offered by these manufacturers to select the very best performing one for your plant. This testing is done at no charge to the customer.

Equipment Service:
Clearwater Industries custom designs its equipment to integrate with you plant design. We factory test run our equipment prior to shipment to insure a quick installation. Clearwater Industries will supply on site welding and plumbing if necessary with factory personnel. Clearwater Industries also warrantees all of its’ equipment, parts and service, for one year.
